I started in this industry the way most people experience it: confused. I was twenty-six, newly married, and the agent across from me spent forty minutes selling and four minutes listening. We walked out with a policy that didn't fit and a stack of brochures that didn't help.
ISO-ONE is the agency I wish that couple had walked into. One licensed agent — me — talking with one family at a time. I shop the whole independent market, explain the trade-offs in plain English, and only recommend a policy when I'd buy it for my own family.
When I'm not on the phone with clients, you'll find me coaching my daughter's soccer team, slowly losing to my father at chess, or trying yet another pour-over technique on coffee I probably didn't need.

Life insurance is one of the few things you buy hoping you'll never need it. That asymmetry deserves respect.
My job is to make sure the promise you make today still keeps your family standing on the worst day of their lives. That means right-sizing coverage, choosing carriers that pay claims promptly, and revisiting it as your life changes.
